Begin to mold your essence into a round, hollow tube through which the divine light of God, all shine directly down. 

All pain is cleared away, and you are centered, & all your emotion. 

Say to yourself quietly and with vehemence 
"I love myself. I am part of God. I am God. My intellect and emotion are totally intact. I need no other human being in this life to make me contained. Anyone else is perfect; they are an addition and an added bonus. I do not need them, although they add to my already Rich and full life." 

Feel the thread of golden light coming through the top of your head. It threads down through every single organ, healing as it goes and taking away any blocks. 

The golden light is spreading now, all the way down thought your entire, all the way down through your entire body. 

And with each breath you exhale, demand that you let go of needs and obsessive wants. Feel these releasing. 

Don't give up your dreams keep you dreams going every day. 

But let go of the things that hang you up. Let that go completely. 

Now you stand before God, clean & fresh. 

Know that our journey is with each other, and you are the hand that reaches. When we are gathered together, we can do wondrous things & miracles. Our power together we can heal.
